Make great decisions

What is Divorce Coaching?

The American Bar Association defines Divorce Coaching as, “A flexible, goal-oriented process designed to support, motivate, and guide people going through divorce to help them make the best possible decisions for their future, based on their particular interests, needs, and concerns.” Divorce coaching is considered a form of alternative dispute resolution with the goal of helping people resolve conflict in a way that is most healthy for them.

How I can help:

As a professional divorce coach, I am a guide and thinking partner as you navigate this process. A divorce coach can work with you to prepare for difficult conversations and decisions, from deciding whether to get divorced to making plans for what your life will be like afterward. I help you get organized and find the resources and professionals needed to support you and meet your goals.

I am here to help you understand how the business of divorce works so that you can make the best decisions for yourself and your family. Working with me will help you to save money and emotional resources so that you can move forward with your life. Divorce coaching is an investment in yourself and your future.
